intake for today

Today I made a broth out of vegetable stock, celery and a tablespoon of greek yoghurt, next time I don’t think it needs the greek yoghurt so will be heaps less calorie wise.

For one massive fucking bowl it was only 69.5cal and i’m so full I feel like I could explode.

food for today?

okay, so i’m thinking, I could make a super healthy salad (trying not to count calories, but I know it would be okay) and then try not to eat for about 5 hours, then have the other half of my soup.

I’m drinking tonight, so I could have my soup and then a slice of multigrain toast and then will probably have had enough carbs so that I won’t get too drunk to quickly and die.

also, I need to post a picture of my new favourite bowl!

intake.

- 1 sugarfree energy drink: 23cals.
- 1 mediterranean soup: 88cals.
- 1 spicy thai noodle soup: 182cals.
